Yep...Wayne is a great guy! He shoots horses for CBER (after they charge Chucks full price and the cost of a vet euth for them), he is also housing horses for Oly Olsen (feedlot #2), he breeds a injured mare (Pastel) to raise a mule baby.

If you are referring to the 2 horses we recently put down on the feedlot ... We did not pay Chuck for them and I have pictures of the vet putting them down. So you might want to retract that statement.

Anne, I said Kit Kat is coming to live with me. I did not say I had her and her whereabouts were posted on the CBER board. We found a really nice place for her to go. No one is not telling the truth about this mare.

So you might want to retract that statement. Not talking about the recent horses, not retracting the statement. Pretty telling when you have to take photos of a horse being euthed by a vet for a rescue to prove it is true-that ought to tell you something If they are Chuck's horses then Chuck needs to pay to put them down, or turn him in the the AC if he is letting them suffer or tries to ship them

So you might want to retract that statement. WOW, you had to take pictures of a euthanasia to prove you actually did it right. I guess no one trusts you. Can you blame them? It is because you cannot trust liars. The issue has never been about putting a horse down anyway. The issue is about putting a horse down or shooting it because you are just too lazy to find it a home. No one would say anything if you put a horse down to put it out of its misery. But when you put it down because you do not want to bother with it anymore, and you do not tell anyone the horse needs a home or else it will be destroyed.....THAT IS THE ISSUE. It does not even matter is you use a bullet if you know what you are doing.

This was found on a different website. It speaks volumes for some of the activity that has taken place in our community.
"There is an Indian legend that all humans have to face every animal that they have known and have those animals pass judgment on the human, then and only then will justice for these horses be divineā¦"

CBER is what you make of it. The horses I have taken with the exception of one would have been sent to slaughter. I would have paid a couple of grand for the thoroughbred I took off of there over a year ago. He is one of the nicest horses ever to grace the earth. I defend this organization because while nothing is perfect, I think there have been more positive outcomes then not. My horses are a good example.
