All horses named in this court case are feedlot horses..Paid by us, their bail and QT... Now here's the question: Who are the legal owners??.. The monies were paid to a guarantee of a loving forever home..Not to be shuffled from one rescue to another... If you wanted to save them the first time, step up and give them that forever home... THEY BELONG TO US...just my thoughts..thank you

One of the horses, Ginger, is not a feed lot horse. She was donated to Dean by a family who had loved her for years. Dean told them she would be well cared for and humanely euthanized if her health deteriorated.
Well, she was euthanized after over a year of neglect and suffering. The was she was treated was not humane.
These horses are dead - they have no owners.

Are you on crack?? NONE of the horses were paid for by donations. Only one WAS A CBER horse that was abandoned at PEC by its owner due to a bad CBER adoption that CBER wouldn't take care of!
All the rest were saved from the killbuyer at the Enumclaw Auction. ALL PEC expense.
Ginger was NOT someones family horse. She was also bought from the KB at the Enumclaw Auction.
If you are going to post info get it right retard.

Everything I have posted on here I know is true as I have seen it with my two eyes. Call me a retard if you must - it just goes to show your low level of education and maturity.
Ginger was brought to PEC in a horse trailer by the people who had owned and cared for her for years. I does not surprise me that Dean lied to you and told you the horse was rescued from the auction (she probably told you she got it this year as well. That is what she told animal control). Everything is made up. Dean as told SO MANY LIES that it has got to be difficult to remember what she had made up and what really happened.

I thought you knew...
1) a very rich, very benevolent tooth fairy
and
2) a Deanmoney tree. I heard you can buy saplings at Wal-Mart for $2.95, but you have to be involved in horse rescue to qualify and you must have a green thumb and be willing to babysit the sapling 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Oh, and you can't get sick either. Quite a return on her investment, wouldn't you say?

When someone else is up on charges like Jean whatshername, everyone says "Hang her, put her in jail" But let Dean go up on charges and its "Oh she is sooo misunderstood" insert[patting her on the head] You all CLAIM to LOVE horses and yet you are defending someone that was BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES!!!! Hellllooooo!

She hasn't been found guilty. If it were so bad I doubt the 3 Vets at the hearing today wouldn't have stuck their reputations on the line or the Judge determine after seeing the evidence her horses were in no danger, at good weight and being medically treated.
All 3 Vets are on the record against Dr. Hannah Evergreens diagnosis on the 4 horses she has been charged with and will continue to trial with PEC if it even goes that far.
That is from the court records today! Just fact.

While the rest of you were at the court house today defending dean as she plead not guilty a group of GOOD HORSE OWNERS were busy buying one of deans "rescues" from the kille buyer after some of her former well loved and cared for horses ended up at the Enumclaw auction yesterday and were slaughter bound. What does that say about being a responsible rescue?

Were any of these Vets the one Dean said treated Morrocco but in fact could never lay a hand on him cause he was unhandled although Dean was charging adopter for training, meanwhile the adopter was charged for all kinds of treatments supposedly performed by this Vet, incl. castration? Yeah, I thought not. Didn't AC already take away and/or euth the worst cases she had anyway?

AGAIN
AC NEVER confiscated/took/led/ whatever you want to call it from PEC.
Though this board was about the facts!
