Shame on you Dean. PATHETIC. Why don't you switch to sea monkeys??!!! They're a lot less expensive to feed and keep. Don't have to worry about kiting checks to feed them. Leave the equines and all other living breathing mammals and birds alone!
Totally outrageous. Not unexpected, though, from a hoarder.
And WTF is up with ANYONE who has anything to do with her??! WHY are people STILL posting on that RO board??

Now they are going to try to say they are Nancys horses and she is at fault if she doesnt tell the truth now she deserves what she gets. I cant believe she still has any friends the way she throws them all under the bus. She is the one that contacts people about adopting these horses, she is on the boarding agreements, she is the one buying hay therefore they are her horses!!!! The lies drive me nuts. I am sure they are going to say they are Judes horses now, I would like to see them ask for financial proof that she can support these horses. There is no way. I believe there are more horses still out there as well

The prosecutor requested, and the judge ordered KCAC to determine that the person taking the horses had the financial means to support them. Her husband also wrote a letter to the judge stating that Dean would no longer be involved in horse rescue. I can also remember her saying that she rehomed Paprika and the foal. I wonder how she got them back.

they were nancys the whole time but she is in tight with dean. so what more can you expect. she doesn't know a d**n thing about a horse. let alone a baby horse. i've seen it with my own two eyes.

That is interesting that KCAC would confiscate horses that were Nancy's.

nancy was just a coverup for dean. she is one of deans friend supposedly. just like jude is probably covering up for her also. dean has done nothing but screw jude but she just keeps coming back for more. plus the horses were getting feed but maybe every couple of days. and i think alot of other factors played in to the seziure.

The law frowns on parole violations. Hopefully once all the evidence is presented to the judge, she will be jailed. Her sentence was only suspended.

Maybe the prosecutor, judge or whomever saw right threw the smokescreen of nancy having ownership.
were the horses seized "from nancy" due to neglect/abuse? were they in that bad of shape that they had to be siezed for their survival?
if not, there seems to be something else cookin here and i for one am anxious to see what the future brings...
