Why was Dean sited at the sale with her trailer leaving empty when there were horses in it before? Why were 3 of Dean's horses sold at the enamclaw sales pavilion auction? It was posted here that they had homes. At least one of the horses was bought by a killer buyer so which one was it?

Tash posted on RO That the 3 horses were confirmed safe, NOT With KB's, and the one receipt she saw did not list Dean as the seller.

mickeyfan I know your loyal and that is a wonderful thing, but sadly in Deans case this is misplaced. There are people that know the truth and have the photos and at this time are not able to post. I hope that these can and will come forward and tell the story so Dean can get the help she needs and the other bb can heal. There are MANY MANY wonderful people that also need to hear the truth..

There are undoubtedly people with stuff to say about Dean... and those things may or may not be true. All I have spoken about is this last auction at Enumclaw and these three horses there.
I was there, I took photos and I have the documentation to prove it. I am not really clear as to how these mares got to the auction in the first place, but I do not personally believe that Dean had anything to do with taking them there. I do have the sale's slip for one of the horses (because I bought her!) and Dean was NOT listed as the seller. The seller was some guy I have never even heard of before.
If anyone wants me to scan the sales receipt etc that I got from the auction house, I would be more then willing to do that. The person listed as selling her was "Kunz" and I was told by the office that this person was Brian Kunz out of Covington. Maybe that name will mean something to some of you, but it means nothing to me. If one of you happens to have his phone number though, I would sure appreciate it because I've got a bunch of questions for him about my mare. I looked him up in the white pages but the gal who answered had no idea about any horses and hung up on me.

Well I hope they all went to a home that will care for them. At the auction you never know who is buying to end up selling for the meat.

No. I don't even want to go there. This was many years ago. Ask Dean.

Someone on theSAFE board is reporting Dean has changed her plea to guilty and sentencing is forthcoming. She was busy reducing numbers this weekend. When this is over, I will give my thoughts on this whole situation. I ran into Dean on Sunday. Also Drew. Drew is the best.
This is only what one person is saying and I am not able to verify it.

There is alot of drama and back story with these horses they were traded for some loads of hay. The guy was a known breeder and intended on breeding them. I do not see how a site chek was done considering they didnt know where he lived. She may not have sent them there but her inattention and lacl of follow through sure did
