Even after the rules that the court gave PEC to comply with a few months back, all i hear is about more horses being aquired. Are those that have proof of this info contacting sgt. morris at AC? Is AC being kept abreast of all these discoveries? i also heard that the facility was going on the auction block late last week...anyone know anything about that? i hear people have visited there and seen violations of the requirements the court gave PEC. i sure hope they marched right down to AC or the prosecutor and reported these.

I've heard it's a Witch Hunt with bogus reports. Why don't locals go see for themselves before they post crap?
What happened with you and Serenity Rescue Kim?

Unless the area is protected wetlands or farmland, a developer would buy it up in a heartbeat. In the lifetime I have lived/had interest in King county, I've been incredibly saddened by the rate the valley area has been built up.
Does anyone remember the Aqua Barn Ranch? I used to ride horses out there when I was young. Ditto with Cedar Downs...

I highly doubt they "disappear". More likely adopted out! I heard the property was bought by a developer that bought up other property around there.

well ya they have been adopted out. im not questioning that. but under the probations that dean is under she is not supposed to get anymore horses? is that not right or not? so when someone notices and says something to her they seem to be adopted the next day. huh?

If you read the court papers PEC has a cap of 33 horses. So I guess if some were adopted out they could get more?

3spottedmares, I am putting you on ignore. Sorry. I really do not want to discuss anything that pertains to the past or the court case on a public forum and would advise everyone else to be very careful about what is said as well. Dean will have her day in court, if the case is not settled out of court, which I am going to place my pennies on. To actually proceed to trial involves a large retainer fee and many people are unwilling or unable to pay it upfront and choose settlement. I have a personal history with Dean and actually rather like her, and if she played straight with me would probably offer her some assistance if she used it wisely to help the horses, especially the thoroughbreds.

Well over on the ICERS Board someone posted that PEC had several free sound horses if you filled out an adoption contract so there you go. Get a horse.
